Interstate students wishing to enrol can obtain information about subjects offered at Heathfield High School on the 'Choosing A Course' section of this website. Please note that not all subjects listed in this section will be offered in any particular year, depending on student interest and/or staffing requirements.

Students wishing to enrol for the next school year can nominate their subject choices in preference order, and these will be taken into consideration in forming our timetable. Once the timetable development process has been commenced in Term 4, or if students are enrolling for the current school year, they will only be able to select from those subjects that have actually been timetabled, and which have not been been closed to further enrolments because they have been declared full.

Interstate students wishing to enrol will need to complete a Student Enrolment form, and select a suitable course. Please follow the instructions in the following section to complete the enrolment. The necessary forms can be downloaded from the links below, either as Microsoft Word documents, or as Adobe Reader documents. The Microsoft Word documents can be downloaded, saved to your own computer, completed, and then attached to an email for return to Heathfield High School. If you do not have Microsoft Word, you can download the Adobe Reader version of the documents. These documents can be printed, completed, and either faxed or posted back to Heathfield High School, or scanned and attached to an email.

Interstate students who wish to enrol at Heathfield High School should do one the following -

  • Interstate students enrolling in Year 8

    1. Download a copy of the Student Enrolment form, complete the form, and email, fax or post the completed form to Heathfield High School.

    2. Download a copy of the Year 8 Subject Selection form, complete the form, and email, fax or post the completed form to Heathfield High School.

  • Interstate students enrolling in Years 9 to 10

    1. Download a copy of the Student Enrolment form, complete the form, and email, fax or post the completed form to Heathfield High School.

    2. Contact Mr Warren Symonds, Assistant Principal Middle School, for a username and password to allow access to the Heathfiield High School Online Enrolment system. This system will guide you through the subject selection process, ensuring that the selected course meets the required curriculum pattern.
    3. Complete the online enrolment
    4. Email Mr Warren Symonds, Assistant Principal Middle School, once the on-line enrolment has been completed so that the subject selections can be retrieved from the online enrolment database.
    5. If the enrolment is for the next school year and is received prior to the formation of the timetable, the subject choices will be taken into account in the formation of our timetable. If the enrolment is for the current school year, or is received after the formation of the timetable has begun, the subject choices will be matched against the timetable structure and the list of subjects that have been declared full. You will be advised if any of the selected subjects are not available.


  • Interstate students enrolling in Years 11 to 12
