The 2011 Lunch and Crunch was a great success. It was a heap of fun and all the primary school students played excellent volleyball.
Here is some great feedback from an Echunga parent.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I was a parent accompanying students from Echunga Primary School at today’s volleyball tournament, and I would like to comment on what a wonderful day it was. It was very well organized and all of our children thoroughly enjoyed themselves. It also gave me an opportunity to see some of your wonderful facilities.
I followed my daughter’s team around, and so was able to observe your students – Anna and Camille – as they umpired each of the three matches. I was so impressed with their conduct that I wanted to share my view with you. They were both very pleasant girls, and I was impressed at how much encouragement and support they offered, not just to the Echunga girls, but also their opponents. If these girls are typical of the caliber of students at Heathfield High School, I would certainly consider sending my daughter to you when she is ready.
I hope that you will be able to share my comments with the appropriate staff, and perhaps even with Anna and Camille as well. They certainly deserve a pat on the back for their conduct.
Another fantastic tournament. We had teams from Mildura, Norwood and Henley. A record number of 16 teams. All played well and had a great time. Huge thankyou to all the parents who helped on the canteen and to the coaches and managers of each team.
Great night was had by all. Great music and excellent Volleyball. Thankyou to all the helpers on the night.
